Dukey if there were a like button, I'd use it.
Kerouac, you admit you don't go to pricey restaurants
but many do on vacation but don't at home so a good reviewer helps you so you don't waste your money on a bad choice.
You should lighten up.

@ cigalechanta, thanks for posting the review. I had the same thought about a "like" button.
@kerouac, I have never bought a book to find out where to eat in Paris. I do review them, and people do buy them. If you take the time to read my review, you'll see that restaurant recommendations are secondary in Alexander Lobrano's books. Both books are wonderful reads. And Hungry for France is in a larger format than most people want to tuck into their suitcase.
There are people out there who enjoy just reading about food, and Lobrano's writing could, I suspect, make even a book on tax preparation interesting.
@Underhill, I'm glad to hear that. I gave that book to my daughter for her birthday, and she seemed excited. I don't know if she has finished it yet.
