East Iceland Bus Schedule

We're travelling clockwise along the Iceland ring road in bus. We could not find the bus schedule for after August 31 from Egilsstadir to Hofn. Do buses stop running from Egilsstadir to Hofn after Aug 31? If you're aware of any bus schedules for after Aug 31, please kindly advise.
