Dynamic Currency Conversion in Poland

Jump to last reply

Didn't expect to find this scam there. At a Shell gas station. The receipt I signed didn't say anything about DCC but did show an amout in zloty and €, the receipt get a few seconds later mentioned that I agreed to have the conversion done by another company and not mastercard and will not hold Mastercard responsible for it.

I didn't sign anything that said I agree to DCC, but the receipt I got said I agreed...

So not a chance of avoiding it. As usual when you ask, they don't speak anyhing but Polish. It's just about 2€, so no big deal. But what a shabby way earn make a living.
