Duty Free Questions For Iceland

Jump to last reply

We are stopping in Iceland on our way to Europe and want to pick up some duty free scotch for friends in Sweden. In looking at the website for the airport it seems that they only have Icelandic liquor products in the duty free shops. Can anyone confirm this? If so I would plan to purchase in the U.S. and carry with me. So my next question is: Will I be able to get a sealed duty free package through security at KEF, or do we even have to go through security if we are transiting? Thanks
