I began this and am really enjoying it! You two always have such adventures and write so well.
I have to go do some work around here, but have bookmarked the page to finish later. (Atreat for working steadily) thanks!

Loved your pictures especially of the food. I always take pictures of food too. We went to Dubrovnik and Mostar and loved it. If fact we are returning in Dec./Jan. to see it without the millions of tourists. Thank you for posting such an outstanding trip report.

Colin, I've only read up to Tuesday but I'm really enjoying your blog so far.
Having been to Dubrovnik 3 times and Mostar twice I can visualise exactly where you are, and it's like being there again!
Don't you just love the Buza Bar? (Did you get to the other one round the corner from which you watch the orb of the sun roll into the sea?) And isn't the colour of the Neretva River in Mostar amazing?
Thank you for posting this.

I love your trip report, and am copying portions into notes for my upcoming trip.
I was also tickled to see the photo of and read your observation about Le Boreal, which was just launched this year. Next August I am taking a cruise on its sister ship L'Austral, which is identical and is being launched in May 2011. The cruise begins and ends in Venice and goes all down the coast of Croatia and Montenegro. I can't wait

Thank you ver much for your appreciation isishface. It make it all the time writting the blog worth while.
Delaine, I'm sure you're going to have a fabulous time aboard L'Austral. Le Boreal looked a stunning cruise ship.
julia_t, we adored our time watching the sun set from the Buza bar. It was one of those "Life couldn't get any better" moments! And yes, the colour of the Neretva river was incredible!
southeastern, I love my food and it always plays a large part of my vacation. We had some good and interesting meals in Dubrovnik. Have a great time on your return visit!
