Dublin - which hotel with access to city centre and airport
Which hotel is nicest with easy access to both the airport and the city centre. We will only be there a short time and would like to spend one day in Dublin and flying out the next day so would like easy access to both by public transportation? Was thinking of Premier Inn, Crowne Plaza or Clarion

Dublin isn't a very large city and the airport not far away.
I would simply stay city center so you're within walking distance to as many sights as possible - then the next am hop a cab to the airport (nearby and not very expensive). Much better than having to trek around on the day you visit and then haul luggage around on the way to the airport). Of - take an airport bus if you prefer.

In about 6-7 weeks, I'll be staying at The Morrison.

I picked it for three reasons; 1) very close to the Templebar area, 2) it was just refurbished and re-opened in February-March and 3) I was able to use my Hilton points to bag a free stay for three nights.
There were other Hiltons in Dublin, but I didn't think you could beat the location.

Depends on flight time the following day.. If its an early flight you might be in bed too early to justify a city centre hotel..The Premier Inn has a shuttle and is on a direct bus route into the city so could be my choice?

I would prefer to be in city centre but most are booked or too expensive that is why I'm looking at the airport hotels and thought one with a shuttle would make it easy to get to. I would like one that would still be easy to get to city centre by public transportation
