Dublin Apts.
My husband and I and our 22 yr old son are going to Dublin late September. We're looking for a 4-5 day apt. - have had good luck in 5 0r 6 other Eur. cities in the last 4 years - but all Dublin apts. seem so far on the outskirts - any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi I recently booked a 2 bedroom apartment in Dublin through the website Bookings.Com for a stay in September. So haven't stayed there yet but they looked pretty good to me and very well priced. They say about 15-20 min walk to the centre of Dublin. They were called "Home Away from Home" Apartments. Hope this helps

I would suggest the following http://www.staydublin.com/?gclid=CID...FQWR1Qod4B00qw These are very central located apartments in Dublin and seem quite popular. I walk by the Millenium way one each day and uts secure and they seem nice and in a good location. I have not heard of Book.com so I am unsure about them.

Thanks again - I went to booking.com and the prices are great! Don't know why I'm having such a hard time with the 'scale' of locations in Dublin.Everything is listed as a 10 minute walk! ( Glad we like to walk everywhere.)

The DART is so convenient in Dublin that honestly, you could be 15 minutes outside the city and so long as you were close to a DART station you'd be fine.
I lived in Ballsbridge but often wished I'd gone a litle further out like Blackrock or Dun Laoghaire, such nice towns.
