Dublin Airport Hotel options??

What hotel would you recommend that is close to the Dublin airport, has fairly comfortable beds and soundproof rooms so we can get a good night's sleep, has a free (or inexpensive) shuttle service to the airport, has an early and free breakfast (or something inexpensive, if it's not free)? Our flight leaves at 10am, and we've been told we should get to the airport 3 hours before that, in order to get through security and the customs lines before boarding our American Airlines flight home. We can't afford a top of the line hotel, but don't want to stay in an 'unsavory' place either. Any good suggestions? Thanks for your help!
