Jeanette,
On the plus side it has a very central location, perfect for Covent Garden, theatres and the British Museum.
It is a reasonably good hotel (I would rate it as a low 4 star), as it was purpose built (160 rooms). However, architecturally it has a very ugly design - a modern concrete block. If you are looking for a traditionally style hotel then this is not for you, however, if a central location is important then this is perfect.
