driving through northeast spain

Planning 3 nights in Hotel Urban in Madrid, 3 nights in Rioja (Hotel VIura vs Riscal) , 3 nights at El Aceba de Casa Muria in the Pyrenees in northern Huesca, 3 nights at La Malcontenta in Palamos and 2 nights in Barcelona. Will be driving throughout and considering one night stop between Rioja and Huesca and one night stop between Huesca and Palamos----any suggestions where to stop for those nights in order to break up the driving??
