Driving Route in Turkey

Jump to last reply

There is going to be 4 of us going to Turkey May 22 for 12 day. We want to Drive from Istanbul to Cappadocia , then Cappadoica to Antalya, Antalya to Bodrum, Bodrum to Izmir and then Izmir back to Istanbul. Any suggestions if it would be better to do this drive in the opposite direction . I thought it would be better to do Cappadocia, and then relax by the coast. But I was wondering if we do it in the opposite direction if we would see more of the coast?
Any suggestions. Also if it is a group of 4 would you fly from Istanbul to Cappadocia instead of drive, rent a car in Cappadocia return the car in Izmir and then fly back to Istanbul. Any suggestions would be great. None of us has been to Turkey before and would like any suggestions. Next will be recommendations for Tour Guides at these place.
Thanks
