We will be driving from Dijon to Strasbourg in October 2007. I can see to take A36 from Dijon to Mulhouse. How long does just driving that main route take? What is a fun alternative?
We plan to spend time on the route de vin north of Colmar, so we may hit part of that on the way to Strasbourg--depends on how long it all takes. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.

Hi SH,

We haven't done it yet, but on our upcoming trip we are going:
Dijon to Gray to Vesoul to Gerardmer to Kaysersberg and up the Route du Vin toward Strasbourg.
You can plot it on www.mappy.com to see if it fits with your schedule.
You may want to visit the Corbusier chapel in Ronchamps on the way. Its modern style has survived its 50 years of existence.
