I'll be making the drive from Prague to Zagreb over the course of 2-3 days, in late June. Last year I visited Cesky Krumlov, and loved it. Does anyone know of similar type places in Moravia? Slovakia? eastern Slovenia? which are worth taking in, especially photogenic places.

there are many worthwhile destinations in Slovenia. The country is so small, it isn't even worthwhile stating east.
Just a short list:
-Bled; absolutely gorgeaous emerald lake with a small island and church in the center.
-Bohinj: Beautiful, alpine lake with turquoise water about 40 minutes from Bled. Not nearly as developed and lots of hiking trails as well as a beautiful waterfall to which one can hike.
-Triglav National Park in the Julian Alps. Including the Soca River Valley. Nature at its best.
Ljubljana - Capitol city of 260,000. Very reminiscent of Prague due to the fact that Joze Plecnik was one of the key architects of both cities.
OK...that's the short list! Enjoy the drive!
Cheers,
Jan
Thanks for the suggestions. It seems like most of these places are pretty close together, so I should be able to get to more than one.
