Driver recommendation Naples Airport to Positano

i know there are fodorites who use a particular service. Can someone give me the name/website? I will be flying to Naples and going immediately to Positano for 3 nights, staying at Poseidon, then ferry back to Naples for 2 nights. I believe it is something like R. Cuomo???

You could take a taxi from the airport. The fixed rate is 120€ to Positano.

I think the service you are looking for is based in Sorrento, so I don't know if there would be charge to drive to the airport and back (Naples/Sorrento are about an hour apart).

Another option is the Curreri Viaggi shuttle bus (10€) from the airport to Sorrento and book the driver for Sorrento/Positano.

I use Sergio Rianna and can highly recommend him. His email is [email protected]

There is no ferry from Positano to Naples.

Good choice of hotel - the Poseidon is a great spot. The Latteria across the street has great snacks and trinkets to bring back as gifts - the kitchen towels take up very little room!

You're thinking of Renato Cuomo, car.sorrento.it

We've used a driver from Guemar Travel based in Sorrento, and were quite happy with him last year.

Another endorsement for The Poseidon. We stayed there again in The Funny Suite last June, and were in heaven! Great views, excellent breakast (!) and amazing lemonade ( part Pelligrino, part freshly squeezed lemons) at the pool.

Have fun!

ekc,

It IS fantastic! I make it at home now. Have a wonderful trip in June. Would love a link to the apartment you're renting, if you don't mind. THanks so much!

I've never understood the need for booking a car and driver. Jump in a cab at the airport.
