My husband is walking impaired and we travel with a mobility scooter. These are not allowed in the trains so I need a driver to take us from city to city. Any recommendations??

Um - you don't just need a driver - you need a driver with a van (I assume).
If you don't get responses you might try the tourist offices in each city - but be prepared to pay for lodging and food for driver as well as his salary and potentially van rental and gas/tolls.
I can recommend Mike's Chauffeur service which I've used in Prague (Mike was my driver and he was friendly and professional and spoke excellent English). He has been recommended by others on this board.
