Obviously, driving times can vary based on traffic, construction, weather, etc. Traffic around Venice and Milan can easily add a half hour or even an hour depending on when you're traveling. However, these are optimistic times assuming no problems.

Venice to Largo di Garda (Sirmione) is one hour and 45 minutes.
Venice to Largo di Garda (Riva) is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Venice to Milan is 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Venice to Lake Como (Como) is 3 hours.
Milan to Cinque Terra (Monterosso)is 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Michelin has a website where you can enter in your starting location and destination and it will map a route and give you approximate driving times. It seemed fairly accurate to us.
www.viamichelin.com
