I assume you meant to tag this Switzerland, since Zurich in the Netherlands does have a bus stop, as motorway service area and a pub/hotel, but not a lot else.

This is one of those trick questions, right? Zurich has no attractions.

One of the mods must have seen it and corrected it, as it said Netherlands the first time I saw it.

I don't know the answer to your question, but OF COURSE there are attractions in Zurich -- including some very delightful ones! Most are within easy walking distance of each other, so you don't necessarily need a bus....

There is no need of a hop on hop off bus in Zurich. Public transportation is very good, trams, boats, buses, and if you buy a Zurich pass, it covers much of your transportation and museums. And you can walk everywhere, there is almost no need to take transit.

To get back to the original question: Zürich has a great many tours on offer (none of them called Hop-On-Hop-Off) that cover the immediate central sightseeing targets as well as, in many cases, the sourrounding area and the lake of course.

In the first instance I would suggest a stroll that starts at the central train station (HB as in Hauptbahnhof) and takes you (in an easterly direction) across the river Limmat into the Old Town (Altstadt) area where you turn south and meander a bit in zig-zag style. By the time you get to the Zwingliplatz (square named after the local reformator Zwingli) you can visit two significant churches, the Grossmünster and, across the river, the Fraumünster (with windows by Chagall).

By the time you come to the Quaibrücke (bridge), on the western side you find moorings of all kinds of pleasure craft, public boats and what have you that will take you onto the lake.

Eventually you walk back up towards the HB, past the Paradeplatz (square) and along the world-famous Bahnhofstrasse (famous for prices on items you probably can't afford...)

Then you can buy a card for the public transportation system and venture a bit beyond, maybe up on the Zürichberg for a splendid lunch with splendid views on a good day.

Many more tours are suggested here:
