Is it crazy to plan a trip to Provence now for August? Yes, this August! I'm a bit of an impromptu traveler. I've checked around on some luxury hotel sites and availability does not seem to be a problem. I understand that renting a gite or some such accommodation might not be possible at this point. We are thinking of:

5 nights in Dordogne
5 nights in Provence
5 nights in the Riviera

Would love to get my hands on StuDudley's south of France itinerary. I have emailed him but got an automated response. Could anyone pass that along to [email protected]

Adrienne, can you post the link. We will be visiting the Riviera in August as well. We starting planning in mid June and had everthing booked by July - villa in France, hotel in Venice and Trieste. Very late for us!

Adrienne, could you send a copy along to me? I'm doing two weeks in the Dordogne area and if i'm not mistaken he covered that area in that document.

didn't he also do a thing on booking travel on the TVG? if you have that could you send it along too? Thanks so much.
