Hi, I need help in a geneology search. So thought I would ask Fodorites help. Does anyone know where Barkham, Berkshire, Wokingham England? How far is it from London? I cannot find it on any map. <BR>

Barkham is just outside Wokingham in Berkshire (close to Braknell). It's about 40 miles west of London. Follow the route on the M4 on the map, and it's slightly south of junction 10.

While you are out there exploring and when you get hungry a wonderful Chinese place is Chef Peking in Wokingham (also have store in Henley-on-Thames). Their crispy duck is to die for. Check it out.
