Do I need legal papers to travel with 16 year old neice?

Jump to last reply

I am taking my neice to Europe for two weeks for her 16th birthday this summer. I stumbled across an older post asking if legal papers were needed to travel with a child that isn't your own. I had never even thought of this but do I need some sort of permission slip or medical document giving me permission to travel with my neice? We are visiting London Paris and Venice.
