I have been googling the Drogerien (drug stores) to no avail, when I came up with this:
http://www.gutefrage.net/frage/wo-ka...-wasser-kaufen
Basically most suggestions are either the Apotheke (chemist, where you buy pharmaceuticals) if it's for medicinal purposes and will set you back 10 - 12 Euros. If it's for ironing, Rossmann (a Drogerie) has Buegelwasser (ironing water) which is distilled but lightly scented. If it's for another purpose, hardware stores such as Praktiker have bottles of it, and also some gas stations. They come in 2l - 5l bottles. Sorry I can't give you a specific address but there are Apotheken just about everywhere. Hardware stores are more problematic as they are mostly in outlying areas. Ask for 'destilliertes Wasser'.
