DB BAHN vs Netherlands trains

Jump to last reply

I'm looking to purchase a train ticket from Amsterdam to Berlin on July 19, and have looked at the Netherlands website (http://www.nshispeed.nl/) and the DB bahn... the exact same train [leaving at 10:56, arrive 17:20) is 10 Euro's higher on the Netherlands website. This makes the DB bahn the obvious choice, but I just wanted to check that there wouldn't be any problems using a German train ticket for a train that departs from the Netherlands? And by that I mean like the ticket checkers, etc. wouldn't have a problem with this/there are no hidden fees or hoops to jump through?
