Customs/Immigration questions from Naples to Munich to Newark, NJ?

Jump to last reply

Looking to book my honeymoon in March of 2014 starting in Rome for a few days and ending in Positano. We're looking at flights from Newark to DC to Rome with a 2 hour and 22 minute layover in DC and then Naples to Munich to Newark with a 1 hour and 45 minute layover in Munich.

I have never flown internationally so I am not sure where we will have to go through immigration/customs on these flights and want to make sure we have enough time with the layovers to make it onto the next flight. Can anyone help with suggestions whether or not the amount of time is enough and let me know where we will need to pass through immigration and customs? Thank you!
