Current prices Italy SIM cards (local phone+data)

As always, there is a welter of different offerings; I'm hoping someone here has some current pricing and info (Summer 2012).

I'll be in Italy for 3 weeks in August, and i'm looking for a SIM, preferably TIM or Wind, that has low rates for local calling (not calling to U.S.) and allows moderate smartphone data use (not streaming/downloads...just Google maps and quick web lookups).
