Crete - Short Island Cruises from/return Crete
I will be visiting Crete the 1st two weeks in October 2015. Are there any lines operating out of Crete that offer short (2 or 3 or 4 day) Greek island cruises......round trip from/return to Crete

I am not sure that there are a lot of cruises that would return to Crete... many cruise companies have either Chania or Heraklion as ports of call, however they sail to their next destination, not to return to Crete.

There is no longer any exursion from Crete to Egypt, hasn't been for many years.
From Heraklion you can day a 1- or 2-day excursion to Santorini on one of the Hellenic Seaways ferries. http://www.ferries.gr/cruises/flying_cat_4.htm
