Credit Card payment on British Airways Holiday website

Hi,
Had anyone brought any non-flight product from baholidays.com (British Airways Holiday)?
we are planning to travel to London and found an interesting deal quote in USD on this website. If I pay for the hotel package with my U.S. issued credit card, will the card company charge me the 3% international transaction fee on top of the package price? Thank you in advance for your great help!

I think that price you are quoted is the total. You should not be charged a transation fee.

We have never been charged a 3% fee when booking with baholidays.com. For a while they had a problem with some VISA cards charging the fee and there was a notice on their booking page, but I think it has been resolved. They book using their US address.

Last year, it was sort of embarrasing for British Airways that their own branded VISA card (the Chase British Airways Visa) was adding a 3% overseas transaction fee for people purchasing BA airline tickets and other products in the US.

While this has been resolved--and you should not get the extra fee--keep in mind that the BA Visa, and some other Visas, will hit you with the fee for anything you purchase while on your trip to the UK (or elsewhere outside the US). Take another card on your trip!
