Costco/ Walmart in Europe

We are traveling to Rome, Barcelona,
Lisbon, Bordeaux and Villefranche.
Does anyone have any idea if there are shopping venues like the Costcos or Walmarts in the States for household and food items that are of good quality and locally produced without the high price?
