No, but what are you looking for? I know at least three people offering classes in the País Vasco.

One of the best cooking classes in Donostia-San Sebastián would be the one offered by our friend Gabrella of Tenedor Tours. She offers a private cooking workshop and/or dinner at her school in the old quarter, "La Cocina de Garbiella" (http://tenedortours.com/activities/b...ate-dinners-2/)

El Txoko del Gourmet offers a short practical course of Basque cooking, in English, as well as courses for professionals (http://eltxokodelgourmet.com/en). The school is located in the old quarter at Calle Aldamar, 4.

Karlos Arguiñano, the TV chef, also offers cooking classes at his hotel in Zarautz, just down the coast from Donostia (www.aiala.es).

Escuela de Cocina Luis Irizar offers short courses, Monday-Friday, but only during the summer months (http://escuelairizar.com/english/courses/). The school faces the old fisherman's harbor at Calle Mari 5, bajo, just around the corner from Dani Lopez's Restaurante Kokotxa.

There are others in Donostia, but none that I can recommend. For more information, read Maribel's Guide to San Sebastián.

In Aquitaine you will find some interesting cooking classes, but not many are listed as French Basque.

One such place is the cooking classes offered at L' École de Cuisine du Saint James in the village of Bouliac (http://www.saintjames-bouliac.com/fr...isine-bordeaux).

Another, in Eugénie-les-Bains, is the cooking school run by chef Michel Guérard (www.michelguerard.com/en/cookery-school/).

In Bidart, you'll find French Basque cooking classes offered at Domaine de Bassilour (http://en.domainedebassilour.com/cooking-classes/),
