warm layers, water resistant/waterproof outerwear, good/sturdy shoes, warm socks, gloves, scarves, collapsible umbrella, a fleece, even silk long underwear if you have it.
Layers, lots of layers (since it can be warmish to chilly and usually damp) with the outer layer waterproof, waterproof shoes of booties (2 pair well broken in) and sturdy folding umbrella.
If you are from a warm climate and/or feel the cold a lot you may want a hat, scarf and gloves. If you are used to real winters the latter may be overkill. (I usually don't wear them in NYC In NOv and that's at least as chilly, damp and windy as Ireland.)
Even though it won't very likely be freezing or really cold -- it may feel cold because of the damp and wind. Especially on the coast.
