I'm planing to travel with my boyfriend to Europe at Christmas from 24-28/12/09.
I'm confused about all the information in the internet.
We wish to see snow and to enjoy celebration of Christmas. we hope to visit museum and to learn about new the places.
What do you think, which city or country should we visit?

Do those days include your travel days, or will you be traveling on the 24th and 28th? I ask because if that includes your travel days, you'll only really have the 25-27th to play tourist? Where are you traveling from... i.e. how long is the flight to the countries you have this tagged under?
Sorry I can't help much at all, but please remember that most places will be closed on the 24th, pretty much everything will likely be closed on the 25th and the 26th may have limited open times as well.
Just a personal preference: I like Germany, Munich in particular.
Out of the countries you tagged, I have only been to the Czech republic. As it happens I was in Prague last December and loved it. The Christmas markets are everywhere, Old Town Square is very lively and there's lots going on all over the city. A great place to visit around the holidays.
For what it's worth - we travel from Ireland to Florida for Christmas. The trip back home leaves us with EXTREME jet lag and it takes about 4 days to get back to "normal". Your trip is so short I think you may not get as much benefit out of it as you may hope for!
Even though 4 days is short, I would still go for it. I love traveling to Europe whenever possible, even if only for a long weekend sometimes. It's worth the jetlag.
For a real Christmas atmosphere, I would recommend staying in central or Northern Europe. Prague, Munch, and Nuremburg all have great Christmas fairs and are very atmosheric. The Balkans (Croatia, Bosnia, etc) are nothing special at Christmas time, but are beautiful in the summer months.
Museums are most likely to be closed on the 24 and 25, sometimes the 26th.

I vote for Prague. My daughter studied there for a semester, and absolutely loved Prague in December because of the christmas markets, Old Town Square decorations, etc. I agree with Elcon, it's a great place to visit during the holidays.

we went a few years ago between Chrismas and New Year and it was terrific. everything was open and there were loads of concerts and the great christmas market as well as the usual sights.
the same applies to Budapest but IMHO it hasn't got quite the same charm. I should imagine that Vienna would also be lovely, but possibly more expensive.
