Chocolate Making Factories in Tyrol, DOlomites, Bavaria or Venice region

We are traveling over 10 days in June ... From Munich to Salzburg (staying in Berchtesgaden, visiting KOnigsee, Hallstatt, Grossglockner), to Venice, to Dolomites to Mittenwald/ Fussen region ... Are there any chocolate making factories in this area that are a must-see? I did not find any suggestions for chocolate factories during my research in the forums ... Maybe I missed something ...

Vibhav, With only ten days, I doubt you would want to go this much out of your way, but there is a Cioccolateria in Pordenone (about an hour North of Venice) called "Peratoner." They have a school and give classes on making chocolate. I've been there and the products are amazing. There is also a restaurant there that is one of my favorites in Italy called "Al Gallo." If you think you want to go there, I can give you more information.
