We want to see the Changing of the Guard at horse guard parade - last time we were there it was 4 pm but I am reading that its 11 am - I dont want to miss it!!

I should get it from the horse's mouth, so to speak. Check at www.royal.gov.uk. There should be a section on ceremonies and the like with all the details.
Do check - but I've seen it a couple of times and it was always at 11 am.
