Change of itinerary after schengen visa approval
Good day. I am applying for a Schengen visa and my appointment is in few days. I wanted to submit an itinerary of France- Switzerland - France because I am still contemplating on the cost of Iceland, I really want to visit there.
I am a first time solo budget traveler to Europe, my original itinerary is
Sept 27 - arrival in Paris in the morning
Sept 28 - visit Louvre, Versailles Palace, etc
Sept 29 - train travel to Colmar in the morning
Sept 30 - 8pm train from Colmar - Interlaken
Oct 1 - 4 - Visit Lauterbrunnen, Brienz, Jungfrau, Gimmelwald
Oct 5 - travel to Basel in the afternoon
Oct 6 - Early flight from Basel Airport to Reykjavik,Iceland
Oct 6- 8 - Iceland
Oct 9 - Flight from Reykjavik to Paris in the morning
Oct 10 - Free time (for shopping)
Oct 11 - Flight back home
My question is, I know Iceland is part of the Schengen areas but if I decided to include Iceland after my Schengen visa is aproved, SINCE I'M GONNA BE FLYING (Basel to Reykjavik and Reykjavik to Paris) do you think I would have a problem with the immigration (KEF and/or BSL airport), am I gonna be allowed to fly/enter Iceland considering I didn't follow my original itinerary? Would they question me if I originally submitted a France - Switzerland - France itinerary when I applied my visa?
Also, I know my itinerary is kind of rush, but I'm only approved to for 2 weeks leave and really wanting to visit these 3 countries.
Thank you very much.

Such things happen all the time and it is not at all a problem as long as your explanation is reasonable if questioned.
Since Switzerland and Iceland are both part of the Schengen zone, there is no immigration control between the two countries, so I cannot even imagine who would be questioning your visa since nobody needs to see it.
