To order tickets, write at least 6-8 weeks in advance to:

Enclose an International Reply Coupon (available at the post office), and a self-addressed envelope -- also enclose the date needed (along with a couple of alternate dates), the names and addresses of each person wanting a ticket, and the number of tickets needed. There is no charge for tickets.
If your PO gives you a hard time about the reply coupons, you can go to a hobby store and buy British stamps!
