Celebrating a Birthday in Fira, Santorini - Restaurant suggestions

We will be in Santorini from Sept 10-15 '09 and while there my spouse will be celebrating his 37th birthday. I'm planning a sunset cruise for the actual day, which does include a dinner, but I'd also like to treat him to a great dinner the day before (which will be a Friday night).Any suggestions for a great, relaxed, quality meal at a memorable place would be welcome! We're certainly not "foodies", enjoy wine, and local flavours - although I will be hard-pressed to get him to try octopus :)
We are staying in Fira, at Costa Marina Villas (I'm not sure of the exact address).
