There are caves near the Alhambra, the Sacromonte caves, but I do not believe you can lodge in them. The ones you may refer are those in nearby Guadix, check http://www.casacuevarural.com/Casas-Cueva/GRANADA/37029/Guadix
I've been to a couple clubs in the caves in Sacromonte but not familiar with staying there however. I recall seeing accomodations in caves for rent a couple of years ago but if I recall they were over near Guadix and not Grenada. It would be one to write home about tho!
Thanks for your feedback josele and weber6560
Actually The Caves that I'm refering to are the
VEREA CAVES and it appears that you can lodge in them
as per the advertisement in the http://granadainfo.com
