Can anyone recommend serious tours of Cathar Country / Cathar Castles in the Languedoc? (I'm not interested in all the "spiritual" / "mystery" fantasy guff - just the facts)

Not a personal recommendation, but this one looks serious (non "spiritual guff") enough, based on the reading list:

We didn't find it difficult to visit the castles by ourselves, driving from one to another. Beautiful scenery too.
Sounds so interesting. I would love to hear how it goes.
