Catalonia – Mostly visited by tourists

Jump to last reply

Spain is blessed with beauties of the world. Not even a single place can be found which has no fascination. Catalonia is situated on the French border. Through the Pyrenees on the border it stretches to the exotic beaches of Costa Blanca which then goes through Catalonia. This sounds really exciting that the place has many flowering valleys, scenic beauty all around,. Apart from this the small gorgeous villages, Romanesque churches, also the landscapes which apparently changes from the cold mountain to warm beaches.

This is marked as the place which is extremely beautiful and trendy for the visitors coming on a holiday tour to Spain. Due to its immense nature and history it is the most visited region in Spain. The Mediterranean Sea has the major part flowing through Catalonia which turns into more beautiful place of the country.

The tourists generally enjoy this place as it contains a combination of high mountains and low beaches. The tourist also enjoys the adventures here like on mountains trekking, rock climbing, mountaineering etc. and on beaches, Back waters, Skiing, River rafting, paragliding etc. the near by places are Andorha, Girona, Barcelona and Tahragona.

As far as the accommodation for the tourist is concerned there are many resorts, hotels and guest houses which offer a variety of accommodation services to the visitors. Even the mouth watering food of this place drags the maximum number of tourists to come here.
