car service needed from port of Dover

Can anyone recommend a really reliable car service for pick up at the port of dover heading to a hotel in Central London. It is for my parents that are departing a cruise in June and are looking for a car/limo to pick them up. They prefer the most reliable service, a driver who will carry their luggage, etc, and aren't necessarily looking for the cheapest.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
