I am renting a car through Auto Europe in May and although they offer a zero deductible, however, I would have to pay for damages if I was at fault. Do all rental companies operate like this? Once there should I get additional insurance? I have never rented a car in Europe & we (my husband) will be

I accidentally hit post ....
I have never rented a car in Europe & we (my husband) will be driving through Tuscany for a week. I don't want to end up paying for damage if something should happen.
Any suggestions?
