Capri to Naples Airport Transfer Question

Jump to last reply

Hi all. In the process of planning a trip for late September/1st week of October this year. Spending a few nights in Sorrento then to Capri at the end of the trip. We are flying out of Naples on a Sunday, our flight is at 12:30 pm. Based on what I see, it seems that we have plenty of time, can catch a hydrofoil around 8 am (i know the schedule may change a bit), which should get us to Naples by 9, then to the airport by 9:30-9:45?
I've read some things about possible rough seas, boats being delayed, canceled, etc. so that started to make me nervous.

Was wondering if anyone has done this and has any thoughts, is this too risky and should we spend that last night in Naples, or does our flight time give us adequate time.

Thanks for any advice, and I'm sure I'll be back with other questions as we plan the trip.
