Can't use Buckingham Palace tickets..can anyone else?
I have two tickets for Buckingham Palace Sunday 9/5 (Mews, Gallery, Palace). A medical problem has forced us to cancel our trip. Since there are no refunds, etc. is there anyway I might pass them on to someone else? Seems a shame to put them to waste.

Grandma,
You are such a sweetheart!! I sure wish I could use them. I hope your "medical situation" is not too serious. I am so sorry that you have to cancel your trip. - My prayers are with you.

I was hoping someone on the forum might be in London and could use them. Thanks for the good thoughts.. El Husband has an infection due to an invasive medical procedure. Will be OK but has totally screwed our plans.

I can't use them, but I encourage anybody who is going to take Grandma up on her offer.
We went a couple of years ago and it's a worth the time.
Although, my favorite memory is of the guard shack at the end of the tour. At the start, they take any umbrellas or pocket knives from you so that you can't damage the art work. You get a claim check to pick your stuff up at the end. We'll many people forget and the guards had the largest collection of swiss army knives that I've every seen (several hundred!).

Bob Brown,
I feel bad for you since you were the first person to say you wanted them. (but it is just you and astein12 who want them) It looks like you will be leaving before you get a chance to talk to Grandma. - I thought she was emailing you. ... Don't know why she would offer tickets and then just disappear. (Hope her husband is ok!)
