Yes, our PDF was corrupted.
I emailed them and the told me to get them printed at the station.
I went very early to the station and had the person at the ticket office print tickets for me. They weren't very happy, but I had the email and my confirmation and they finally did it. You may want to get an email as well...

If you got an email with a confirmation code, you should be able to print the tickets via their website, I'd guess. I just bought TGV tickets (France) and had my confirmation mailed to me; then I went on their website, typed in my name and confirmation code, and had something on my screen I can print.

So you couldn't go here:
https://www.eurostar.com/us-en/manage-booking
and type in your "Booking reference" (confirmation code) and last name to retrieve your ticket and then print it from there?

Nope. It wouldn't work.
My hubby works in IT and he couldn't get it to work.
Wasn't a big deal...email them, tell them the problem and just collect at the station...leaving more time to stand in the queue

Can you see the PDF ticket on screen, but not print it?
Or did you not get the PDF? Pop ups blocked?
Have you tried a different PC? Are you using genuine Adobe reader or another PDF program?
In any case, the e-ticket machines at the station will print your booking, as long as you have the credit card and the reference.

If the problem is the same as ours the e-ticket machines wouldn't work either. Guess they pull from the same corrupted file??
Hope you can sort it out, but like I said above, worst case you need to stand in line and get the person to print them for you. Be sure you bring the credit card you booked with if this is the case.
