Hi
I do have trouble with sleeping on the plane but it depends on how much space there is. When going home from Malaysia to Europe recently I was so uncomfortable in the seat as the rows were so close to each other. I think it helps when you have your own personal TV screen. At least you can play some games and watch the movie you want. But the only times I have slept good on a plane is when I have been on business/first class

I'm not quite in AAFF's league, but I sleep on planes. Being in business class certainly helps, but I can nod off sitting bolt upright in an economy seat between push-back from the gate and take-off. I think it was all the years of business travel that did it.
