Can you recommend any vacation tour vendors or vacation packages??
Can anyone recommend any vacation package vendors, such as, Virgin Vacations, that can put together a trip to Paris? Something that can set up activities would be a plus as well. My husband and I would like to go to Paris in April or May, but, honestly, don't really have the time to do research!

You can just top your original thread to make it more visible. No need to keep creating new threads for the same question.
If you only want to go to Paris you should look into airline packages. I believe most airlines have fly/hotel packages.
Also look at Untours - untours.com - for staying in an apartment/hotel with assistance available.
Once in Paris you can also book sightseeing tours.
You must have some idea of what you want to do in Paris otherwise why go there. You don't have to do a lot of research.

We used www.goaheadvacations.com the first time we went to Paris years ago. They can set up a group tour or set it up (which is what we did) so you are on your own, but they set up flights, hotel, airport transfers etc. Then during the week they will help you with any tours, if you want, etc.

Expedia and Travelocity can do the flight/hotel combo
Several shuttle companies recommended here can get you from airport to hotel
Cityrama and Parisvision have multiple coach tour combinations for the city
Paris Walks offers walking tours every day, are cheap, and well worth the money.
The issue I have with 'all encompassing' tour companies is are they selling you what you want, or what they have for sale? Is it customized to you, or just what they can offer? And if it is really a trip 'built for two' at what cost? What is a perfect vacation worth to you?

I have used Yolande at Enchanted France. She has helped us with independent drive tours in France. She is French and I have been very pleased. Website is www.enchantedfrance.com and her phone number is there. She will do as much or little as you please. Happy travels!!!
