Can you recommend a Paris hotel in 13e or 14e?

I need to book a hotel for a couple of nights in early January in one of these two arrondisements. Can anyone recommend a 3-star hotel in this area of the city? Thanks for any suggestions!

Try Hotel Aiglon***, 232, Blvd. Raspail, 14th arr.
Near the intersection Blvd Montparnasse/Blvd. Raspail. Close to Vavin metro stop and the lively neighborhood Montparnasse. Very well located for public transportation, restaurants, shops and within walking distance to Luxembourg Gardens.

I'd choose the 14th which is just south of the 6th arr., rather than the 13th arr. which is less convenient and appealing. This just by the way.

http://www.france-hotel-guide.com/h75014aiglon2.htm
