Can' find the cooking class I'm looking for in Rome

Jump to last reply

Maybe one of you reading this may know the cooking class in Rome I am trying to find. I was sure I had put his website in my favorites when a Fodorite raved about the classes As I remember the classes are given by a chef who may also run a restaurant in Rome, a very good looking man...and not very old. The reviews were that he was a great teacher and made the day a lot of fun.

I think more than one Fodorite has taken classes with him. Does anyone have any idea who I am trying to find? Searching this forum has netted nothing and Google returns an overwhelming number of possibilities.
