By Car Paris Geneva Venice Austria Germany Paris in 3 weeks

Interested to tour Paris, Geneva, Venice, Rome, Zurich, Austria, Germany and back to Paris in 3 weeks by Car. Any suggestions.
We are 5 and which I think for the sake a expenses and want to visit these places is it worth renting a car.
I would like some input on what routes to take and get the best natures wonders through out the route. And is it possible to do the whole tour in 3 weeks.
