Buying Prado Museum tickets online

When I am on the Prado site, I am able to designate date and number of tickets requested, however, I see no drop down menu for time of day. It is my understanding that tickets are for both the day and the time indicated. Am I missing something?
Also, on the information page there is reference to tickets being valid all day, so I am wondering if that is so why is there reference to a time of day?

Any help will be appreciated.

i didn't notice any problem in booking tickets, but it will depend on how far in advance you want them. Tickets are available for April, but not for May or beyond.

Thank you for your response. When I go to the site the only time I get a time request is when i check the Goya exhibit which runs through May 3rd. If checked an available time drop down menu appears. If I don't check the Goya exhibit for tickets during April a time menu does not appear.
You mention that tickets for May are not yet being sold; do you know when they go on sale?
Someone told me about amusement.com On that site it seems you can buy Prado tickets without designating the time of day and also you can purchase them for May.
It is all somewhat confusing!

I don't know anything about amusement.com, which doesn't appear to be active, but I just checked the official Prado site (https://www.entradasprado.com) and it indicates that there are tickets available for Sunday, 3 May. Available tickets to the special Goya exhibit are shown on the drop down menu. Select General Ticket and then GOYA IN MADRID and the time time you want to visit.

I believe only the tickets for Special exhibits (eg:the Goya exhibit) have a specific time of day. The General admission tickets dont specify time of day to my knowledge.

Thank you both!
It seems that I can purchase tickets beyond May 3rd without designating a time. (I reference May 3rd as that is suppose to be the last day of the Goya exhibit)
