Bus from Heathrow to Gatwick

Bus from Heathrow to Gatwick
We have 4 hours to get from one airport to another. The agent neglected to tell us that it wasn't a BA bus, but one we needed to arrange ourselves. I got info from the BA website, but has anyone done this?

And don't worry - hundreds of people do it every day w/o any problems. You really don't have to "arrange it" yourselves. It is a regularly scheduled coach and the ticket desks/pick up points are clearly marked

THe national express website is
Www.nationalexpress.com you will see a time table there it takes approx 1 hour you can buy your ticket on line or the ticket desk. the bus stops at all the main terminals . its much more easier than the train.
